  • Jurisdiction:
Euroservers is registered in Ireland and operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and applicable European Union regulations, including GDPR and other data protection requirements.

  • Our Role:
Euroservers is not a prosecutor’s office, government authority, or judicial body. While we respect justified complaints from copyright holders or any parties whose rights may be infringed, we act strictly within the framework of the law and our contractual obligations.

  • Authority to File Complaints:
If you do not have sufficient legal standing or authority in your country, your correspondence may be considered unsolicited (spam) and may not be reviewed. If you believe your rights have been violated, please follow the legal procedures established in your own jurisdiction. Do not attempt to involve Euroservers in disputes that are outside our competence or legal obligations.

  • Disclosure Policy:

All attempts to involve us in third-party disputes will be handled strictly in accordance with Irish and EU law.

  • Presumption of Innocence:
No party—individual or legal entity—shall be considered guilty until such guilt is proven in a court of law.

If you have a legitimate complaint, please ensure your request is clear, includes all necessary documentation, and is submitted by an authorized person or legal representative.
